Music lessons

Our music lessons have been developed to help ensure that our students become complete musicians. The classes will consist of Theory, Technique, Ear Training, Composition, Improvisation and analysis of different music genres. In addition, the student will also learn about the industry and the business behind the music.

Vocal lessons

Vocal lessons have been developed to educate the student in the many different styles of vocal performance. Proper breathing, Technique, Ear training and analysis of music from different genres will all be taught. In addition, we also accept students under this program that need help with vocal training for auditions.

Acting lessons

Our Acting lessons utilize the Meisner Method along with other acting techniques to train the student in vocal projection, clarity of speech, body language, Improvisation, Physical and Emotional expression and so much more. Our acting program also will provide the student with full knowledge of the industry and what is needed for auditions.

Dance lessons

Our Dance lessons are taught in a non-recital style. The program is designed for teen through adult to offer an education in many different dance styles. Some of the programs offered will be taught to the student to learn social styles of dance, where as other dance programs we offer will be geared to the student who wants to work on stage presence, both in the music and acting industries.

Individual

All Individual lessons are taught by appointment only and are offered in the following subjects on the following days.

Group

Dance Group Lessons are offered on the following days.

Artist Development

PALC strives to bring awareness to the artist about the industry. For musicians we offer Song Writing, Audio Recording, Band Marketing, Intellectual Property, Touring to Music Industry Career Courses.

For Dancers, we offer a Business of Dance course and for our Model/Actors, we offer the Business of Modeling/Acting. Each course will provide you with the answers you are looking for from people who are in the industry.

Musikfest

Everyone from near and far knows that the first two weeks of August in Bethlehem PA. is a wonderful experience called Musikfest. Two of the area's favorite performers, Nyke Van Wyk and Craig Thatcher are featured performers and many watch them and dream of being up on stage performing right along side them.

This year, Performing Artist Learning Center is making this dream a possibility with our Rock and Roll Musikfest camp. You, will be performing on stage along side each of these talented musicians on August 6th. But you can only do this, if you register for the Rock and Roll camp.

Recording Studio

Sixwill Studio owners Nyke Van Wyk and Anthony Melillo have partnered with Performing Artist Learning Center to provide artists with a high-end recording studio within the downtown historic Bethlehem, PA. area. Musician will receive mixing/mastering from our head engineer John Rupp who is presently the head audio engineer of Arts Quest.
